Festa del Mare di Fano

The 66th Festa del Mare in Fano was held from August 1st to 3rd, 2025, organized by Confesercenti in collaboration with the Municipality of Fano. The event, preceded on July 31st by the community dinner "La Gluppa dei Marinai" (The Sailors' Catch), unfolded between Sassonia beach, the Port area, and Arzilla.

Along the port, the "From the Fishing Boat to the Table" gastronomic stalls offered traditional recipes from Fano's fishermen, while over ten live concerts—including rock, jazz fusion, and 80s/90s music—animated the evenings on various stages, including the new Adriatic Stage. On Sunday, August 3rd, the morning was dedicated to commemorating those lost at sea, with the flag-raising, a tribute to the "La Tempesta" statue, and the procession of boats for the laurel wreath laying. The festival concluded in the evening with the grand fireworks display from the Arzilla pier.
