Edition 2025 — Festa del Mais

In 2025, the Festa del Mais once again enlivened Busiago Vecchio around September 8th, the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. A food stand with polenta as the star, the 'Premio al Seminatore' (Sower's Prize), a cycling race, and a solemn mass marked this long-standing festival, organized by the Pro Loco of Campo San Martino and the local sports association.

The 2025 edition of the Festa del Mais in Busiago Vecchio renewed the rural tradition of the hamlet of Campo San Martino: a food stand with polenta as the star, the 'Premio al Seminatore' (Sower's Prize), a cycling race, and the solemn mass on September 8th for the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The festival, curated by the Pro Loco with the sports association, involved entire families of villagers.
