Edition 2025 — Gnochi Sbatui
In 2025, the Festa dei Gnochi Sbatui animated Erbezzo on the first Sunday of August, with the gnocchi of Lessinia served at Palalinte for lunch and dinner. Craft markets, a band in the square, live music, and fireworks accompanied one of the most beloved festivals of the Veronese Lessinia, organized by the Pro Loco of Erbezzo.
The 2025 edition of the Festa dei Gnochi Sbatui confirmed the community's affection for the symbolic dish of Lessinia. In Erbezzo, in the province of Verona, gnocchi made from flour, water, Monte Veronese, and melted butter were served at Palalinte, while craft markets, the band in the square, and live music enlivened the village streets. The day concluded with traditional fireworks, in a festival meticulously organized by the Pro Loco of Erbezzo.
