Festa de la Colomela 2025
The 2025 edition was held on Sunday, August 3, at the Due Laghi in Coredo, in the municipality of Predaia, and was dedicated to the memory of Fausto Job. The day began at 9:30 AM with the scandole competition, followed by Mass and children's events. In the afternoon, after the traditional lunch and the vintage tractor rally, the colomele competition took place with the manual splitting of larch wood, followed by a whip-cracking performance and the awards ceremony for the teams.
The Predaia Arte e Natura sculpture symposium was highly popular, with artists spending a week creating wooden sculptures on the theme of witches, which were then placed along the local trails. The festival concluded in the evening with pizza and a piano bar.
