Edition 2025 — Festa Bsonta

In 2025, the Festa Bsonta once again renewed its early summer appointment in Gropparello with Piacenza's popular cuisine. The Pro Loco Giovani Gropparello set up food stalls dedicated to the tradition of fried cake and local cured meats, during a weekend of village festivities on the hills of Val d'Arda, in the province of Piacenza.

Festa Bsonta 2025

The 2025 edition of the Festa Bsonta confirmed the village of Gropparello's connection to its gastronomic tradition. Organized by the Pro Loco Giovani Gropparello, the festival offered fried specialties of Piacenza cuisine accompanied by local cured meats, in a convivial atmosphere typical of the Emilian Apennine festivals.

As every year, the event represented a moment of gathering for the Gropparello community and visitors of Val d'Arda, contributing to the preservation of the authentic flavors of the province of Piacenza.
