Edition 2025 — Festa Alpina di Cocquio Trevisago
The Festa Alpina 2025 was held from Friday, August 1st to Sunday, August 3rd at Parco Clivio, on Via Broglio in Caldana di Cocquio-Trevisago. Friday opened at 7:30 PM with an alpine pizzoccherata; on Saturday, from 7:00 PM, the gastronomic stand offered the great classics of mountain cuisine.
On Sunday, August 3rd, at 10:00 AM, a gathering took place in Piazza del Noce in Caldana for the ceremony with flag-raising, parade of pennants and Alpini soldiers, and Holy Mass, followed by the grand community lunch. Among the specialties of the three days: polenta with sausage and mushrooms, stew, and other traditional alpine dishes.
