Edition 2025 — Festa a Vico
Festa a Vico 2025: «It is time to»
The twenty-second edition of the event created by Gennaro Esposito was held from June 9th to 11th, 2025, between the center of Vico Equense and Marina di Seiano, in the Province of Naples. The chosen theme, «It is time to», invited people to slow down and rediscover food as an opportunity for reflection and sharing.
The program alternated between tastings, gala dinners, thematic meetings, music, and solidarity initiatives. The most popular event was once again La Repubblica del Cibo, with about 220 food stalls distributed among the squares, streets, shops, and alleys of the historic center. The opening on June 9th was dedicated to the candidacy of Italian cuisine as an UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
In 2025, all proceeds were again donated to charity: over 280,000 euros raised in favor of, among others, the Fondazione Umberto Veronesi, the San Patrignano community, and the Fondazione Sostenitori Ospedale Santobono.
