Edition 2025 — Ferrara Summer Festival

The sixth edition of Ferrara Summer Festival, held in Piazza Ariostea from June 17 to July 12, 2025, brought an extraordinary concentration of international stars to Ferrara in national exclusive, from extreme metal to trip hop, closing with the usual free end-of-festival event.

The 2025 edition, the sixth of the festival, took place in Piazza Ariostea in Ferrara from June 17 to July 12. The festival opened with Slipknot on June 17, in what was their only Italian date, followed by Massive Attack on June 19. The lineup combined different genres, from the hip hop of Sfera Ebbasta (June 21) to the rock of Lynyrd Skynyrd (June 29), up to the metal night of Judas Priest (July 2), many of whom were national exclusives. Among the free events were the concert by Andrea Morricone dedicated to the music of his father Ennio (June 25) and the closing event La Notte dei Format on July 12.
