Edition 2025 — Fehta dou Pan Ner

From July 18 to 20, 2025, the locality of Marine di Perloz hosted the Fehta dou Pan Ner, with the ancient communal oven reignited for the baking of black rye bread. The festival, organized by the Pro Loco of Perloz, featured the traditional lunch with roast kid, sausages, and polenta.

The 2025 edition of the Fehta dou Pan Ner took place from July 18 to 20 in the locality of Marine in Perloz, Lower Aosta Valley. As per tradition, the ancient communal wood-fired oven was reignited to bake black rye bread, with preparation starting in the preceding days.

The festival, curated by the Pro Loco of Perloz, brought the community and visitors together around the freshly baked bread and the traditional lunch, based on roast kid, sausages, and polenta. An opportunity to rediscover the culture of mountain bread and the authentic flavors of the Lys Valley.
