Feast of the Patron Saint Cyril of Alexandria

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Cyril in Carpino, in the Gargano area of Foggia, was held on Sunday, May 18th. The morning opened with the firing of firecrackers and the parade of the Carpino Brass Band, followed by the Eucharistic celebration and the solemn procession through the streets of the town, accompanied by songs, prayers, and the sacred and popular music of the band.

In the afternoon, the atmosphere became more festive with a spritz party at the playground, animated by DJ sets, while in the evening, Via Mazzini hosted a live band and folkloric shows featuring traditional Salento dances, pizzica, and taranta. The day concluded with traditional fireworks in the sky over Carpino.
