Feast of the Holy Martyr Brothers Alfio, Filadelfo, and Cirino

The 2025 edition of the festival was held on Sunday, May 25th, in Adrano, in the province of Catania. At 5:30 PM, the fercolo with the three statues of the martyr saints left the parish, starting the solemn procession through the streets of the district and the historic center, accompanied by the faithful in votive attire.

The 2025 edition was marked by a significant change: the traditional horse-drawn Sicilian carts, always among the most anticipated elements of the festival, could not parade. Based on new regulations regarding the presence of animals in public events, specific documentation had to be submitted to the veterinary sector of the ASP (Local Health Authority), but there was not enough time to resolve the bureaucratic and administrative issues.
