Edition 2025 — Feast of the Cross

The 41st Feast of the Cross took place on May 1st, 2025, on the summit of Monte Santa Croce above Venafro. The ascent along the two traditional routes, the 11:00 AM mass in memory of the founder Giovanni Valerio, the election of Miss Santa Croce, the noon spaghetti meal, popular games in the afternoon, and a lottery with over 25 prizes marked a very well-attended day.

The 2025 edition, the 41st, confirmed the success of one of Venafro's most beloved traditions. The Amici di Santa Croce led the ascent to the summit of Monte Santa Croce along the two classic routes, with the 11:00 AM mass in memory of the founder Giovanni Valerio, the election of Miss Santa Croce 2025, the grand spaghetti meal, popular games, and a rich lottery. For the occasion, a dedicated Instagram profile was also opened to engage younger audiences.
