Edition 2025 — Madonna del Grappa

On August 4, 2025, Tuglie celebrated the Blessed Virgin of Grappa on Montegrappa hill. As per tradition, the Salento community gathered for the solemn mass and the procession along the sanctuary staircase, followed by secular events with a band, illuminations, and fireworks that lit up the evening in the province of Lecce.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of the Blessed Virgin of Grappa took place regularly in Tuglie on August 4th, renewing the vow of the local veterans linked to Monte Grappa and the mutilated statue of Mary Help of Christians.

The day featured a solemn mass and procession toward the sanctuary on the hill, accompanied by a brass band, illuminations, and an evening fireworks display. The festival confirmed the strong identity and devotional value of the event for the community of lower Salento, in Puglia.
