2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the festivities in honor of Santa Maria Goretti in San Benedetto dei Marsi (Province of L'Aquila, Abruzzo) was organized by the Class of 1985 Committee with the support of the municipal administration. On Saturday, August 30, with a gathering at 3:00 PM at the Villa Comunale in Largo Concezione, hundreds of motorcyclists from various parts of Abruzzo and Italy escorted the venerated relic of the Saint along the historic route, returning around 6:30 PM toward Via Pace and Piazza degli Alpini.

The festivities concluded on August 31: after the procession of the Assunta and the reception of the relic, Bishop Mons. Giovanni Massaro presided over the Eucharistic celebration in the parish church, sealing a festival lived intensely by the entire Marsican community.
