Feast of Saint Stephen the Protomartyr

The 2025 patronal feast of Aci Bonaccorsi renewed, on August 2nd and 3rd, the devotion to Saint Stephen the Protomartyr. The evening of the eve was animated by the folk 'Cantata' and the National Fireworks Festival, with the pyrotechnic challenge between the Battiati and Piazza districts and the participation of established Sicilian firms in the sector. On August 3rd, the procession of the float with the 16th-century statue toured the streets of the Etna town, accompanied by light displays and concluded with the traditional return of the Saint to the Mother Church of the Madonna dell'Indirizzo.
