Edition 2025 — Saint Sebastian in Limina

In 2025, Limina once again celebrated its patron saint, Saint Sebastian the Martyr, on January 20th with the usual program of faith and tradition. After the novena, the masses on the feast day and the procession of the statue on the following Sunday gathered the community of the small village in the Peloritani Mountains around their devotion to the martyr and protector of the village.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Feast of Saint Sebastian the Martyr in Limina followed the traditional pattern of patronal celebrations: the preparatory novena, the solemn masses on January 20th in the Mother Church, and the procession of the statue with silver arrows on the following Sunday. The day concluded, as is customary, with the blessing and the kissing of the patron's relic. An event that every year also attracts the faithful from the neighboring towns of the Peloritani Mountains, in the heart of the Province of Messina.
