Feast of Saint Roch

In 2025, the Feast of Saint Roch animated Sora on August 16th and 17th, organized by the Archconfraternity of Saint Roch with the patronage of the Municipality and the Province of Frosinone. On Saturday, August 16th, masses were held from 6:00 AM, with the 7:30 AM Eucharistic concelebration presided over by the diocesan bishop Gerardo Antonazzo and the traditional 8:30 AM procession accompanied by the Sora Symphonic Band; in the evening, at 9:00 PM, music and entertainment with "Destinazione '90". On Sunday, August 17th, the band's matinée opened the day, followed at 6:00 PM by the heartfelt blessing of the dogs and, at 9:30 PM, by the grand concert of I Camaleonti, a historic Italian beat band. The lottery draw and the illuminations curated by A.M.A. Luminarie closed a highly attended festival, one of the most beloved of the Sora summer.
