Edition 2025 — Saint Michael of Cerami

In 2025, Cerami once again celebrated the external feast of Saint Michael the Archangel on the penultimate Saturday of May. As per secular tradition, following the novena and the Angelic Crown, the day concluded with the procession of the 18th-century wooden statue through the village streets, accompanied by the firing of firecrackers and the ringing of the Mother Church bells.

In 2025, the community of Cerami renewed its devotion to Saint Michael the Archangel with the customary external feast on the penultimate Saturday of May. The celebrations were preceded by the novena and the recitation of the Angelic Crown in the Mother Church of Saint Ambrose.

On the day of the feast, announced by the firing of firecrackers and the ringing of the bells, the highlight was the procession of the 18th-century wooden statue carved by Filippo Quattrocchi, carried on the shoulders of the Archconfraternity's confreres in traditional attire through the streets of the historic center of Cerami.
