Edition 2025 — Saint Magnus and Saint Victorinus
The 2025 patronal feast of Bugnara took place as per tradition on September 4th and 5th, as confirmed by the summer calendar released by the Bugnara Festival Committee. On September 4th, dedicated to Saint Magnus, the community gathered for the solemn Mass and procession, with the statue of Saint Victorinus leading the parade according to ancient local custom; on September 5th, the feast of Saint Victorinus, the roles were reversed. The statues of the two patrons, kept in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, were carried in procession through the historic center of the Peligna Valley. The two days were accompanied by a brass band concert and moments of music and conviviality. In the days immediately following, the local calendar also included a Senior Citizens' Day and a cycling race.
