Edition 2025 — Saint Liberator

In 2025, Civitacampomarano renewed the celebration of its patron saint Saint Liberator on May 13th, with the evocative procession of the thirteen statues of saints from the village's two churches. A popular tradition that annually draws the entire community of inland Molise, amidst faith, identity, and religious folklore.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Liberator confirmed the strength of one of Civitacampomarano's (CB) most characteristic traditions. On May 13th, the community gathered around the procession of the thirteen statues of saints from the churches of Santa Maria delle Grazie and San Giorgio, carried together through the village streets. A rite that, beyond its liturgical dimension, represents a moment of profound collective identity for the town and for the many emigrants who return for the occasion.
