The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Acquasanta Terme took place on June 24th and 25th, in honor of Saint John the Baptist and the co-patroness Saint Euphemia. On June 24th, the 11:00 AM Mass was presided over by Bishop Gianpiero Palmieri, concelebrated by parish priest Don Amedeo Matalucci and emeritus parish priest Don Piero Camacci, followed in the afternoon by a Mass at 6:00 PM and the procession. The following day, dedicated to Saint Euphemia, the solemn Mass at 6:00 PM was presided over by Don Amedeo Matalucci, with the procession of the saint's statue through the streets of the historic centre.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint John the Baptist in Acquasanta Terme (AP) renewed the town's devotion to its two patron saints. On June 24th, the patron saint's day, the solemn Mass at 11:00 AM was presided over by the bishop of the diocese of Ascoli Piceno, Monsignor Gianpiero Palmieri, concelebrated by local parish priests; in the afternoon, a second Mass was held at 6:00 PM followed by the procession.

On June 25th, the community celebrated the co-patroness Saint Euphemia, invoked against storms, lightning, and hailstorms and protector of the harvests, with the solemn Mass at 6:00 PM and the procession of the saint's statue through the streets of the historic centre. The municipal administration, including Mayor Sante Stangoni, Deputy Mayor Luigi Capriotti, and councilors, officially participated in the celebrations.
