Edition 2025 — Feast of Saint James

On August 10, 2025, Villarosa renewed its appointment with its patronal feast in honor of Saint James the Greater. The community gathered for the afternoon solemn mass, followed by the procession of the saint's statue accompanied by the brass band through the streets of the historic center. Market stalls, music, and the traditional evening fireworks display enlivened the most anticipated day of the Villarosa summer.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint James the Greater took place in Villarosa, in the province of Enna, on Sunday, August 10th, confirming the role of the patronal feast as a central moment of the town's summer.

The day followed the established ritual: solemn mass in the afternoon, procession of the statue of the saint through the town streets accompanied by the brass band, market stalls along the streets, and an evening fireworks display to crown the festivities. There was a large turnout of faithful and citizens, testifying to the strong bond between the community and its patron saint.
