The 2025 Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi in Manduria (TA) took place from September 27th to October 4th. The settenario (September 27th - October 2nd) featured the Franciscan Crown and daily Eucharistic celebrations; on October 2nd, the concelebration was presided over by the Bishop of Oria, Monsignor Vincenzo Pisanello. Enriching the festival days, the exhibition "Sora nostra Madre Terra" (Our Sister Mother Earth) and a family show with Magician Alex were held in the convent cloister.

On October 3rd, the solemn First Vespers and the Commemoration of the Saint's Transitus were held in the church of Santa Chiara. The solemnity of October 4th opened with the morning mass and the tribute from students of the "Michele Greco" Comprehensive Institute; in the afternoon, the Franciscan Crown preceded the lighting of the Lamp of Peace by the Mayor and the solemn 6:00 PM celebration. In the evening, the procession with the statue, accompanied by the "Vincenzo Tripaldi" Brass Band, crossed the center, with fireworks closing the festivities.
