In 2025, the festivities for the patron saint of Giarratana followed the usual mid-August calendar. The central day of August 24th opened at 07:00 with twenty-one cannon shots and the ringing of bells, followed by morning lauds and the solemn Eucharistic celebration at 11:00 with the parish choir. At noon, the "Sciuta" of the statue took place amidst fireworks and "nzaiareddi", with a stop at the church of Saint Anthony Abbot; in the afternoon, the traditional dinner on the churchyard. In the evening, the vesper procession through the historic center led to the "Trasuta" and the repositioning of the statue around 23:30.

On August 21st, the Secular Fair for livestock was held in the Mandrevecchie district, accompanied by the third edition of the Grand Gala - Horses at the Fair, with special guest Anastasia Brembilla, organized by the Scuderia Runza eventi equestri Sicilia. Musical events included the "Pacem in terris" concert by the "Regina Caeli" parish choir, directed by Maestro Francesco Giaquinta, featuring soprano Lina Pluchino.
