Edition 2025 — Feast of Saint Apollinaris
The 2025 edition of the Feast of Saint Apollinaris took place from July 21st to 23rd. The famous fireworks display took place on Tuesday, July 22nd, at 11:00 PM, launched from three points along the coast: the southern breakwater "Benigno Zaccagnini" in Marina di Ravenna, the free beach of Punta Marina, and the area south of Lido di Classe, near the mouth of the Savio.
On the patron saint's day, Wednesday, July 23rd, there were extraordinary and free openings of the National Museum of Ravenna, the Arian Baptistery, the Mausoleum of Theodoric, and the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare in Classe, with guided tours of the mosaics at the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo. In the evening, the "Mosaic by Night" event and two concerts took place: at 9:00 PM the "Concert for Saint Apollinaris" with the Young Musicians European Orchestra at Sant'Apollinare Nuovo and at 9:15 PM the City Musical Band in Piazza San Francesco.
