The 2025 patronal feast

In 2025, Mirabella Imbaccari, in the heart of the Erei Mountains in the province of Catania, once again gathered around its patron saint, Maria SS. delle Grazie. The solemn day fell on Sunday, August 24, 2025, the last Sunday of the month as per tradition, preceded by the seven-day preparation period with evening masses in the Mother Church.

The most anticipated moment was the triumphant exit of the sacred effigy, welcomed by numerous faithful and accompanied in procession along the traditional streets of the town to the cry of "Viva Maria," amidst prayers, songs, and votive offerings. The festivities concluded with illuminations, evening entertainment, and the characteristic "a maschiata" fireworks, crowning one of the most heartfelt festivals in the Calatino area.
