Edition 2025 — Feast of Maria SS. Annunziata
The 2025 edition of the Feast of Maria SS. Annunziata took place on Sunday, July 13th in Geraci Siculo, within the Madonie Park. After the solemn celebration in the Mother Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, the painting of the Gran Madre Annunziata was carried in procession through the village's historic center.
The religious feast was accompanied by the III edition of the Geraci in Fiore flower festival, dedicated to the Madonna and the 2025 Jubilee. Among the works created were two floral paintings by artist Mirko Inguaggiato exhibited in the Church of Santo Stefano, dedicated to the Carvaccata di Vistiamara and the Madonna Salus Populi Romani, as well as a collective work by the Ikebana group at Largo Aquila featuring the official Jubilee emblem. Mayor Luigi Iuppa described the event as a splendid union of art and religion.
