Feast of Maria SS. Annunziata

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Maria SS. Annunziata took place in Fiumedinisi (province of Messina) on March 24th and 25th, following the traditional rite: the journey of the devotees on the evening of March 24th and the solemn procession with the statues of the Madonna and the Archangel Gabriel on March 25th.

2025 held a special significance for the community: on the second Sunday of August, the Great Feast of the Vara returned, the quinquennial appointment where the monumental wooden and iron scenic structure, about ten meters long, is carried in procession through the village streets. The next edition of the Vara is expected around 2030.
