Edition 2025 — Feast of the Udienza

In May 2025, Sambuca di Sicilia celebrated its patron saint Maria SS. dell'Udienza with the usual week of festivities: the nocturnal procession of the marble statue, the Palio dell'Udienza with knights and over 180 participants, Venetian-style illuminations, and a rich civil program that included vintage car parades, Sicilian carts, and a DJ set with Molella.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Maria Santissima dell'Udienza confirmed the deep bond between Sambuca di Sicilia and its patron saint. At the center of the celebrations was the centuries-old procession of the Gagini statue through the streets of the historic center, preceded by the Scinnuta and accompanied by religious and folk songs. Alongside the devotional dimension, the civil program offered the Palio dell'Udienza with its equestrian pageants, parades of vintage cars and Sicilian carts, nocturnal illuminations, and popular music moments, including a DJ set with Molella, which brought the Belìce Valley village to life for the entire week of festivities.
