Edition 2025 — Feast of Balanzòn

In 2025, the Feast of Balanzòn and Pinzìn was staged in Casaglia over two weekends in May, from the 16th to the 18th and from the 23rd to the 25th, in the Parish Hall on Via Giovanni Ranuzzi. Pro Loco Casaglia offered balanzoni, maccheroncini al ragù, and mixed cured meats with pinzini in an atmosphere of good food, tradition, and conviviality.

The 2025 edition of the Feast of Balanzòn and Pinzìn took place in Casaglia, a hamlet of Ferrara, over two weekends in May: May 16-17-18 and May 23-24-25, 2025.

As tradition dictates, Pro Loco Casaglia opened the stand at the Parish Hall on Via Giovanni Ranuzzi at 7:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and for lunch on Sundays. On the menu were balanzoni (green tortelloni filled with meat with béchamel and ragù), maccheroncini al ragù, and mixed cured meats with pinzini, with desserts of the day to finish the meal.
