Farindola International Arts Festival

FIAF 2025: International Artistic Exchange

From August 19 to 31, 2025, Farindola hosted a new edition of the festival, focused on a creative exchange with artists from New York, Cuba, Key West, and England. Among the participants were Ralph Papa, Leonardo Aballe, Andres Lopez, Lester Salazar, Gustavo Roque, Paul Critchley, Debby Coles-Dobay, and Jan Engoren.

The program opened on August 19 with the presentation of the artists in the Town Hall Council Chamber and an aperitif with a concert. From August 20, every afternoon, the artists worked outdoors in the village streets, accompanied by open studios and workshops. A temporary exhibition featuring works from previous editions was set up in the historic center, while on August 29, a sunset concert with tenor Nunzio Fazzini and pianist Mauro d'Alfonso accompanied the presentation of the works. The event was organized by Pro Loco Farindola APS with the patronage of the Abruzzo Region and the Municipality of Farindola.
