Edition 2025 — Farinata Festival of Pegli

In 2025, the Farinata Festival of Pegli once again brought the aromas of freshly baked farinata to the Genoa seafront, with the historic fainotti at work in the wood-fired ovens. The event, spread over several weekends between spring and autumn on Largo Calasetta, confirmed its long tradition and strong roots in the Pegli community.

The 2025 edition of the Farinata Festival of Pegli renewed one of the longest-standing gastronomic events in western Genoa. On Largo Calasetta on the seafront, the historic fainotti prepared farinata in wood-fired ovens over several weekends distributed throughout the year.

Organized by Pro Loco Pegli, the festival confirmed its character as a neighborhood celebration, combining the promotion of a symbolic product of Ligurian cuisine with the conviviality of the Pegli seafront.
