Edition 2025 — Fanano Carnival

In 2025, the Fanano Carnival once again animated the historic center of the Apennine village in the province of Modena with the parade of allegorical floats and the return of the Frascona Family. The centenary masks Giocondino, Bronza, and Tamburlano brought the zirudéla, the rhyming satire in the Fanano dialect, to the square, amidst music, inflatables, stalls, and food stands for all ages.

The 2025 edition of the Fanano Carnival confirmed the tradition that has animated the Modena Apennine village for decades. The parade of allegorical floats took place in the historic center, accompanied by masks and the participation of the entire community.

As tradition dictates, the Frascona Family was the protagonist with its speech and the reading of the zirudéla, entrusted to the historic masks Giocondino, Bronza, and Tamburlano. The festival continued with music, entertainment for children, inflatables, and food stands along the town's streets, in a atmosphere of joy and conviviality typical of the Fanano Carnival.
