Family Festival in Roccafranca

A festival designed for families

In the heart of Bassa Bresciana, the Municipality of Roccafranca (Province of Brescia, Lombardy) hosts a day entirely dedicated to families in June. The Family Festival is promoted by Age (Italian Parents Association) of Roccafranca-Ludriano together with the parish, and is centered at the town's oratory.

The opening walk

The day begins with a walk suitable for families of all sizes, along a route designed to be accessible even with strollers. After registration at the oratory, the group sets off on foot for a tour through the streets and countryside of Roccafranca, with a refreshment stop along the way, before returning to the oratory.

Lunch and afternoon of games

At noon, a picnic lunch is planned at the oratory, while in the afternoon the festival comes alive with games, music, and entertainment for the whole family, including the unmissable interactive Kahoot quiz that challenges both young and old. For those who wish, a catering service is available with bread and 'salamella' (sausage) and chips, by reservation via QR Code.

Community and conviviality

The Roccafranca Family Festival is not a grand spectacular event, but a precious moment of gathering for the community: an opportunity for parents, children, and grandparents to spend a Sunday together, in the spirit of simplicity and shared values that Age promotes in the Brescia area.
