Edition 2025 — Fair of the Po
The 59th edition of the Fair of the Po and Fried Fish was held in Calendasco on March 29 and 30, 2025, confirming the great affection of the Piacenza region for this historic event: over three thousand people enlivened the two days.
The program included the "Du pass in riva al Po" walk, the "six-legged walk," exhibitions at the Castle of Calendasco dedicated to artists Eugenio Ermeti and Ernesto Mazzoni and to "Sturgeon Stories," the dialect comedy, live music with Michela Giordano, and the unmissable boat trips on the Po from the Masero locality. There were also fried fish stands, the 1960s osteria, traditional games, and an exhibition of vintage agricultural machinery.
