Edition 2025 — Fair of Flavors of Carlino

The 10th edition of the Fair of Flavors of Carlino took place from September 19 to 21, 2025, with Piazza San Rocco as the heart of the event. Three days of food stalls, themed tastings, concerts (Jovaband, Papercut, Cindy & The Rock History), excursions, and family activities, celebrating the flavors of the Bassa Friulana and the lagoon.

The 2025 edition, the tenth, was held from September 19 to 21 with the official opening on Friday, September 19 at 7:00 PM and the inaugural parade in Piazza San Rocco. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Carlino with the support of PromoTurismoFVG and the Region, in collaboration with the Pro Loco and local associations, offered the flavors of the territory: panzerotti, eel (bisàt), wild boar, clams, valley sea bass, truffle, colaçs, and local wines.

Among the attractions were themed tastings, evening concerts (Jovaband, Papercut, Cindy & The Rock History), guided excursions, family activities, and culinary competitions.
