Fair and Feast of the Madonna dei Miracoli

The 2025 edition of the Feast of the Madonna dei Miracoli in Trepuzzi was marked by an exceptional event. The feast fell on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 27, 2025, with the opening of civic festivities scheduled for Saturday, April 26, at 12:00 PM. However, that same date coincided with the final day of national mourning declared by the Government for the death of Pope Francis, who passed away on April 21 and whose funeral took place on April 26. Out of respect for the mourning period, the municipal administration cancelled the official civic opening ceremony, while the religious and devotional dimension of the feast proceeded as planned, with celebrations in honor of the Virgin in the Mother Church of Maria SS.
