Edition 2025 — FAI Comacchio

The 2025 edition of the FAI Spring Days in Comacchio was held on Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, with an itinerary in the Rione Cappuccini, west of the city. The FAI Delegation of Ferrara offered a route that led visitors from the 17th-century abandoned church of San Carlo to the 20th-century Marinated Fish Factory, and then to the Cappuccini arcade, in one of the 33 national editions of the Fondo per l'Ambiente Italiano event.

2025 Edition

During the 2025 FAI Spring Days, on Saturday March 22 and Sunday March 23, Comacchio was the focus with an unprecedented itinerary in the Rione Cappuccini, west of the city. The route included the 17th-century abandoned church of San Carlo, the 20th-century Marinated Fish Factory, and the Cappuccini arcade, in a narrative that intertwined religious architecture, industrial archaeology, and valley traditions.

Tours were held on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM (last entry at 4:30 PM), in groups of about 25 people with departures every fifteen minutes. No reservations were required: FAI members skipped the line, and admission was by free contribution. The initiative was part of the 33rd edition of the FAI Spring Days, which opened 54 sites to the public in Emilia-Romagna.
