Edition 2025 — Evenings at the Observatory
The 2025 edition of the Evenings at the Pistoia Mountains Astronomical Observatory offered, from June to December, lectures, meetings, and stargazing at Pian de' Termini, in San Marcello Piteglio (PT). Among the most popular events: The Discovery of Space with Emiliano Ricci (June 14), A Stellar Cinema with Veronica Ranocchi (July 12), The Night of Shooting Stars (August 10-12), the basic astronomy course (August 18-19), The Physics of Star Trek with Carlo Benna from INAF Turin (September 6), and the total lunar eclipse on September 7. The series continued in autumn with the Leonids (November 15), the nights of the giants (November 28-29), and the winter solstice (December 20). The events, organized by GAMP, were free with booking required for observations.
