Edition 2025 — European Mills Days — Salbertrand
On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the Martinet Hydraulic Mill in Salbertrand participated in the fourteenth Italian edition of the European Mills Days, coordinated by AIAMS. The Colombano Romean Ecomuseum opened the mill with guided tours from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, accompanying visitors to discover the grain mill, the hemp and oil press, and the historic electrical systems of the Upper Susa Valley village.
The 2025 edition
On Sunday, May 18, 2025, the Martinet Mill in Salbertrand joined the fourteenth edition of the European Mills Days. With continuous hours from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, the Colombano Romean Ecomuseum offered guided tours of the various spaces and exhibits, illustrating the operation of the grain mill, the hemp and seed oil press, and the facilities of the Municipal Electric Company, one of the oldest in Piedmont.
