Edition 2025 — European Archaeology Days Fiavè

In 2025, the Parco Archeo Natura in Fiavè once again participated in the European Archaeology Days, the European initiative coordinated by INRAP under the patronage of the Council of Europe. The prehistoric UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings were the focus of guided tours and site discovery activities in the Doss-Torbiera area.

The 2025 European Archaeology Days in Fiavè

For the 2025 edition, the Parco Archeo Natura in Fiavè opened the doors to its UNESCO World Heritage pile dwelling site for the European Archaeology Days. The public was able to discover the reconstructed prehistoric village and the archaeological area of the Doss peat bog, accompanied by expert guides, amidst walkways over the water and Bronze Age huts.

As per the event's tradition, the program combined a visit to the Park with hands-on activities designed to introduce adults and families to archaeology, confirming Fiavè as one of the cultural hubs of the Giudicarie valley and Trentino.
