A highly acclaimed 48th edition

The 2025 edition of Estate Roccese, the 48th, was inaugurated on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 9:30 PM in Piazza del Popolo with a free concert by I Nomadi, who treated the audience to an unforgettable evening at the foot of the castle, alternating classics like "Io vagabondo" with their more recent tracks. Mayor Salvatore Visalli highlighted the village's satisfaction in securing another prestigious name in Italian music, following the previous year's concert by Roberto Vecchioni.

The program continued throughout August with performances by bands such as the De Colores Band and the Ex Nova Live Band, theatrical comedies by local associations, dance shows, bingo nights, and the concert by the Banda Musicale Antonino Abate on August 11. Among the gastronomic events was the Roccavaldina stop of "Le Valli del Mito e della Musica", featuring showcooking and tastings of typical products from the Peloritani territory.
