Estate di San Martino 2025
The 2025 edition was held on November 8th and 9th at Largo Gammazita, in San Michele di Ganzaria. The food stalls offered specialities such as pasta with wild boar ragù, tripe, chickpeas, pane cunzato, cuccìa, grilled meats, cassatelle, and cannoli, along with typical local products: oil, wine, wheat, saffron, prickly pears, and almonds.
The programme included conferences, educational sessions on agriculture, guided tastings of new wine and oil, guided tours of the Ganzaria Museum and the Poggio District, as well as folk, musical, and entertainment shows that enlivened the streets of the Calatino village.
