EstArte - Vico Equense Dance Festival

EstArte 2025, the twelfth edition

From August 25 to 30, 2025, Vico Equense hosted the twelfth edition of EstArte - Dance Festival, with a week of classes, performances, and meetings open to the city.

The public program opened on August 26 with "FIESTA! Green Party" in Piazza Umberto I; on August 27, in the Sala delle Colonne, the conference "Giselle and Odette: Metamorphosis of Two Romantic Heroines" was held with critic Rossella Battisti. On August 28, the gardens of the Cloister of SS. Trinità e Paradiso hosted "Sotto(e)Vento", a dance and music performance with Enrica Palmieri and Federico Di Maio. On August 29, it was the turn of "La Danza Italiana" with the Borderline Danza company, followed by "Parade", the review of participating schools. On August 30, the final gala brought together professional guests and included the awarding of international scholarships.

The workshop offered classical, contemporary, modern, and hip hop dance with instructors such as Enrica Palmieri, Nicoletta Pizzariello, Rossella Lo Sapio, Luca Russo, Dino Verga, Francesca Di Maio, Andrea Arionte, Andrea Veneri, and Nilde Serpa, with live musical accompaniment by maestro Federico Di Maio.
