Edition 2025 — Essenziale/Presente

The first edition of Essenziale/Presente took place in Fiorano Modenese from June 6 to 8, 2025, with a rich program of meetings, workshops, and free activities for adults and children. Common good, dialogue, democracy, conflicts, journalism, and frontiers of science were the themes at the center of the event, which attracted over 2,300 attendees.

2025 Edition: The First Essenziale/Presente

The first edition of Essenziale/Presente animated Fiorano Modenese from June 6 to 8, 2025, in Piazza Ciro Menotti, the Sanctuary garden, the BLA library, and Villa Coccapani, opened for the occasion. Among the guests: Enzo Bianchi, Antonio Scurati, Stefano Zamagni, Ezio Mauro, Carlo Galli, Amedeo Balbi, Simone Pieranni, Alessandro Aresu, Greta Cristini, and Annalisa Vandelli. Common good, dialogue, democracy, conflicts, journalism, and frontiers of science were the guiding threads. The initiative, supported by the Emilia-Romagna Region and the Fondazione di Modena, recorded over 2,300 attendees, laying the groundwork for an event now eagerly awaited by the Fiorano community.
