Edition 2025 — White Polenta Festival
In 2025 too, the White Polenta Festival enlivened Erli with its typical dish, the white polenta of Val Neva, featuring gastronomic stands, live music, and tradition, confirming the long history of the event organised by the Pro Loco Val di Neva.
The 2025 edition of the White Polenta Festival renewed the gastronomic tradition of Erli, in the heart of Val Neva. At the village's Sports Field, the Pro Loco stands offered white polenta with its characteristic topping, along with other Ligurian specialities, during evenings accompanied by live music.
The event reaffirmed its role as an authentic gathering in the Savona hinterland, capable of attracting visitors from across the province around an identity dish.
