Edition 2025 — Befana in Mascali
The 2025 edition of the Befana Festival in Mascali confirmed the success of the Epiphany event. Piazza Duomo, in the heart of the historic center, turned into a real playground, invaded by the many children who came to welcome the Befana.
Italy's most beloved old lady made her entrance on a motorcycle, ready to distribute candies and gifts, sparking the enthusiasm of the little ones who literally mobbed her upon her arrival. Between inflatables, popcorn, and cotton candy, the day slipped away amidst games and fun.
The initiative, strongly supported by the municipal administration led by Mayor Luigi Messina and councilors Veronica Musumeci and Valentina Gullotta, brought the Christmas holiday calendar to a beautiful close, giving children an unforgettable morning.
