Energy Festival

The 13th edition of the Energy Festival was held in Lecce from May 29 to 31, 2025, with the title "Possible Energy, Necessary Energy." As per tradition, all events were open and free and took place in the main locations of the historic center: from the Teatro Apollo to the former Convitto Palmieri, from the Teatro Paisiello to the Officine Cantelmo, and up to the Castello Carlo V.

The program addressed innovations in photovoltaics, wind power, and electric mobility, the weight of digitalization, the strategic role of gas towards climate neutrality, and that of hydrogen in the Italian and European energy transition, with a pragmatic approach to the relationship between industry, energy, work, and climate. The edition confirmed the festival, conceived and directed by Alessandro Beulcke, as the main national event for dissemination on energy topics.

The program of the 13th edition proposed sessions and talks on innovation in photovoltaics, wind power, and electric mobility, digitalization, the strategic role of gas towards climate neutrality, hydrogen in the energy transition, and the future of industry, energy, work, and climate, with a pragmatic approach to sustainability.
