Emma Perodi Festival

The first edition of the Emma Perodi Festival debuted in Cerreto Guidi on 9, 10, and 11 May 2025, between the Municipal Library and Piazza Dante Desideri. The event kicked off on Friday, May 9th, with the inauguration and the presentation of the book Eccoci di nuovo al lavoro by Liliana Lensi, followed by the presentation of the Emma Perodi Prize to the writer Beatrice Masini. Saturday, May 10th, featured an autobiographical writing workshop, musical dramatic readings of "Le novelle della nonna", and the show "Emma Perodi, between fantasy and reality" by the La Maschera company. Finally, on Sunday, May 11th, the outdoor painting competition named after Claudio Caioli took place, along with presentations of the books Tuscan Tales by Lori Hetherington and I Briganti di Cerreto Guidi. All events were free of charge.
