Edition 2025 — Emigrant's Day

The 57th Emigrant's Day was held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Lusiana di Lusiana Conco. Between the Palazzon Municipal Hall and the little Church of Santa Maria degli Emigranti in Velo, the program combined greetings from authorities, a presentation by Father Paolo Parise on migration, a concert by the Lusiana band, a mass, and the presentation of the Golden Plaque to Father Parise, followed by a community lunch.

The 2025 edition, the 57th Emigrant's Day, took place on Sunday, July 27, in Lusiana di Lusiana Conco, organized by the Ente Vicentini nel Mondo with the Municipality and the parish of San Giacomo.

The morning began in the Palazzon Municipal Hall with greetings from the mayor and authorities, and a presentation titled 'Migrants of the past and present' by Father Paolo Parise. This was followed by a concert by the Lusiana band, a mass in the little Church of Santa Maria degli Emigranti in Velo presided over by Monsignor Leopoldo Voltan, and the presentation of the Golden Plaque to Father Parise, before the community lunch.

  • 1:00 PM — Community lunch
